Four passes. No shortcuts.
The tier system climbs automatically once you've actually worked. Endorsements only count from people who are themselves at a higher level than you. No inflation, you can't endorse yourself.

How you get in
Three steps. No form.
Backstage Division works like a real backstage. Someone with a pass lets you in. After that you're responsible for who you let in.

Find someone with a pass
Know someone who's already in? Ask for a personal invite. Everyone gets a few per month.

Activate your pass
An email with your name on it and a unique activation link. Click, choose a password, fill in your profile.

Build your track record
Add events, link colleagues, receive endorsements. Your tier climbs automatically.
